K Assyria (probably Shalmaneser 1) writes to K Ugarit (probably Ibarnu): that he (K Assyria) encountered the K Hatti, who had occupied Nihrija with his troops; that he (K Assyria) had threatened to besiege Nihrija and then withdrawn to Šura and that he attacked and defeated the K Hatti.
