WILL THE BAN ON DIRECT/PASSIVE SMOKING EVENTUALLY SOLVE THE LUNG CANCER AND RESPIRATORY AILMENTS?
Smoking inside a public building or an enclosed public building or an
enclosed public place including public vehicles and other means of
transport or in any enclosed area outside of one's private residence,
private place of work or any duly designated smoking area is hereby
prohibited in many highly developing countries.
Some developing countries
followed suit and adopted the same like Sec. 24 of Rep. Act No. 8749 [The
Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999].
Certainly, the ban on smoking will
eventually augment lawyers income, clog the court dockets, congest jails and
the meted fines will increase government revenues
The law is enforcing
the theory of science that smoking is dangerous for causing lung cancer,
respiratory ailments and other diseases ; and that passive smoking[second
hand]is more dangerous.
The Philippines, a developing country is a recent
participant of the Tobacco War and tobacco suits that started in the
western countries , fully sanctioned by Tobacco Free Initiative,World
Health Organization [WHO], Geneva, Switzerland.
Will the ban on smoking
solve cancer and respiratory ailments?
This traditional healer [Sec. 4(h),
RA No. 8423] from the Philippines , a non-smoker doubts the solution
because there is no correct solution to a wrong cause. It is unfair to
penalize people for a wrong cause. It is unjust enrichment to impose
damages to people for a wrong cause.
Highly developed countries,
developing countries and less developed countries all admitted that oxgyen
is a breath of life. Yet, nobody asked why only oxygen is able to enter the
lungs and why carbon dioxide and other aerial hazardous elements cannot do
so? Instant liquefying nature of oxygen[to become part of hemoglobin] is
the key to gainful entry to the lungs, manifesting the inerrancy of the
Bible- Genesis 2:7 as confirmed by the "gas exchanges"/"exchange of gases"
of science.
No lawyer, scientist, biologist, tobacco manufacturer,
lawmaker, pro or con on smoking [Tobacco War] in the halls of the
Philippine/US Congress or jury/court ever asked this basic question?
Can
the aerifying cigarette/tobacco smoke containing carbon dioxide/monoxide,
instantly "liquefy" in the lungs and be part of the "hemoglobin"in the
process?
If it cannot "liquefy" then the ban on smoking, direct or
passive is an "impossible crime" for it is premised that cigarette smoke
enters the lungs and causes cancer and respiratory ailments in the process,
since it is not convertible to "hemoglobin." Foremost and basic is that-
Not all that enter the nose/throat enter the lungs!
Is there any
scientist/environmentalist in this world that can instantly "liquefy" an
aerifying smoke, like oxygen? We doubt. Scientists, not authors of nature,
have no alternative but must conform to nature to be "scientific";
otherwise, their theoriesbecome "unscientific"/erroneous like their present
theory on direct/passive smoking as causing cancer and respiratory
ailments. However, smoking is not good per se, because, it is odorous and a
fire hazard. It develops, not only, milder addiction on the sensory
system[nervous system] and discoloration on the dental/epidermal areas; but
also smoking has disturbing/mitigating effects on the sufferers of
lung/respiratory ailments by their unstoppable coughingby way of
rejecting/thwarting off the smoke or curatively, expectorating the phlegms
[ie. solidifying errorsin the exchange of gases process suffered by those
with misaligned sternum].
This traditional healer practising Realignment
therapy discovers that only people with misaligned sternum/ribs/armpit are
prone to cancer and respiratory ailments with no exception even to
non-believers of this Misalignment theory. The pointed misalignment is a
good topic for research [Sec.6(a) RA No. 8423] of the cause of the
respiratory ailments and lung cancer by the Philippine Institute of
Traditional and Alternative Health Care [Secs.5, 11 and 12, RA No. 8423] or
by the Philippine Cancer Society or by the American Cancer Society or other
national and foreign cancer centers/foundations by hopefully, initiating
confirmatory investigation of this breakthrough to science.
Moreover, in

engaged in Realignment therapy of the Divine Healing [John 15:16;1
Cor.12:9] has shocked/challenged the medical world that the cause and cure
of cancer are already discovered since 1987. Cancer is an immunological
error causing erroneous replacements cells [Gen.1:26] of a misaligned
person ; hence, being an immunological and anti-genetic error, smoking, as
a habitual vice has nothing to do with it. Why should we penalize people
with unwanted/expensive smoking habit/vice?
BEST EVIDENCE of the
Misalignment theory: the presence of misaligned sternum/ribs/armpit/groin
of all cancerous persons and sufferers of respiratory ailments of the
world.
Since direct/passive smoking is seemingly an impossible crime due
to "non-liquefying nature of cigarette/tobacco smoke", are the peoples of
the world, to include the media who are seekers of truth, surrender their
cherished common sense and their constitutional/statutory right "that their
guilt be proven beyond reasonable doubt "because of a preposterous
guesswork[smoking] that actually expunged the "exhange of gases" ofscience
and Genesis 2:7 of the Holy Scripture?
