CAN CLEAN AIR LAWS HELP PREVENT THE MUCH-FEARED GLOBAL WARMING AND OZONE-DEPLETION?
No. The reason is: it is "non-sequitur"[it does not follow] because there
is nothing to prevent and there is nothing to fear because of non-existing
dangers.
The clean air laws of some developing countries [i.e.,
Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999, R.A. No. 8749, June 23,1999] are imported
from highly industrialized countries. The "greenhouse gases" as defined in
referred law is in accordance with United Nation Framework Convention on
Climate Change and other international agreements and protocols and feared
to induce global warming.
On the other hand, "Ozone Depleting
Substances[ODS]" as defined and responsible for depleting and modifying
ozone layer is patterned after the Montreal Protocol on Substances that
Deplete the Ozone Layer and other international agreements and
protocols.
While ignorance is shunned and belittled, errors in scientific
theories are accepted as "gospel truth", made state policies and punishing
people for defying such questionable truth and policies.
As charismatic,
this traditional healer[Sec.4(h),RA No. 8423] from the Philippines

therapy of Divine healing, finds the clean air laws of the world to be
UNNECESSARY because God saves the Earth sincethe beginning of time by
making it always livable and habitable for mankind and other living things
by His saving devices: the everlasting anti-pollutants on Earth [wind,rain,
gravity and sunlight] against any environmental danger and the
newly-discovered ozone layer against any spatial hazard.
Arrogating
powers exclusive to God is actually "playing gods." God abhors this
abominable pride as exemplifed by the fall of Adam [ Gen. 3:4] and the
tower of Babel [ Gen.11:3-9]. Doubtlessly, no man can do and undo God's
creation! Man's electric fan, aircon, refrigerator, ice-plant, heater,
"bottled-water", electricity, electro-magnet, etc. cannot compete and
duplicate nature's anti-pollutants.
While lawyers seekers of truth are
dubbed generally in some countries [i.e., Philippines] as "liars", this
"belittling title" has never been ascribed to the scientists. But when the
non-causal is made causal by science; when the impossible is made possible
and when false is made true by science, then, these are plain lies and
contagious false education committed by the men of science, misleading the
world.
If the top-rated lawyers of the western highly developed
countries defending environmental/pollution cases in the courtrooms or in
the halls of their respective Congresses/Parliaments never dared ask their
scientists/environmentalists of these relevant environmental queries, let
me dare ask these basic and foremost queries to whomsoever environmental
scientists on the burning issue of global warming [fear of ice-melting] and
the depleting theory on ozone layer now being implemented by the clean air
laws of the world.
(1) How could ice-melting be made possible on Earth
when the polar [North/South] zones have the ice but no heat to melt and the
tropical zones [like the Pilippines] have the heat but no ice to
melt?
(2) Are the elements mentioned in the clean air laws that allegedly
"induce global warming" exempted from the dispersal
/distributing/disintegrating/pulling effects of the blowing winds and
gravity?
(3) Is it not a fact that the blowing winds not only acted as
natural ventilators[i.e.,mixing/converging hot/cold winds] and efficient
distributors of the needed rainfalls/gases of life on Earth but, also the
unpredictable changers of climate and weather?
(4) How could any ODS
reach the ozone layer when there is always a dispersing, disintegrating,
deviating, pulling and blocking force of the blowing winds and gravity?
(5) In your extensive
study, did you ever come across of a very special and unique blowing wind
and gravity that go upward directly to the ozone layer?
(6) Avoiding the
intervening effects of the blowing wind, do you know of any existing
man-made tower, pipe, chimney that assures any smoke, greenhouse gases or
any ODS to reach the ozone layer through such direct passage?
An honest,
correct and scientific answers to the foregoing queries make global warming
and ozone "hole" scare of science highly preposterous and
fallacious.
Clean air laws are penal in nature. Before penalizing anyone
with fines and imprisonment the clean air laws must be reviewed by the
enforcing agencies or by the lawmaking bodies responsible for their passage
, because to believe the scientific scares now legalized by several clean
air laws of highly-developed/developing countries is to give up not only
every man's cherished "common sense",but also his constitutional and
statutory right- "to be presumed innocent until his guilt is proven beyond
reasonable doubt." Only oxygen can enter the lungs. Anything contrariwise
is dubious and erroneous.
But in some countries, no scientist is a liar, only lawyers.
