ARE LEADED GASOLINE AND CAR EMISSION REALLY DANGEROUS TO HEALTH
JUSTIFYING THE PASSAGE OF CLEAN AIR LAWS ?
The passage of the clean air legislations [i.e., Rep. Act No. 8749 of the
Philippines, Vermont Clean Air Laws, etc.] has been hailed by the
environmentalists throughout the world for it promises man not only a
balance and healthful ecology but also freeing him from incurable diseases
of our time.
Compliance to maintain the required air quality under the
clean air laws is very costly. It is penal because polluters must pay for
the irreparable damage to man and nature. The use of properties and
specified activities [i.e.,fuels, smoking, motor vehicles,
incineration, etc.] that are pollutants are restricted, penalized and
phased- out. Public education and information campaign are encouraged. But
education and information have two faces: wrong or right.
What is the
correct direction of the information of the clean air laws of the world? Is
it the air that is primarily protected? Or is it their effects upon the
health of man?
If the "air" is primarily protected by clean air laws then
nature has already its own cleaners/dispersers which no man on earth can
duplicate- the anti-pollutants of nature [i.e., the plant and animal
kingdom(symbiotic rerlationship), the rain, the wind, gravity and
sunlight].These anti-pollutants make this Earth habitable and livable for
life and its procreation, with or without the clean air/environmental
laws.
If it is the "quality" of the air that is breathed by man to be
protected, oxygen is always CLEAN, now and always, irrespective of the
quantity of air pollutants and the bad quality of the air because God's
Genesis 2:7 is perfect; so perfect that science says confirmatory "Amen" by
their "exchange of gases"/"gas exchanges". Admittedly, the dangerous air to
man is the ABSENCE OF OXYGEN.
Carbon dioxide is the most dangerous
element in the air fatal to mankind but why is it, that it could not enter
the lungs?
The simple answer is: carbon dioxide could not
instantly"liquefy" to qualify or gain entry into the lungs. Only oxygen as
breath of life of man can "aerify", "liquefy"[part of hemoglobin] and
sometimes "solidify"[phlegms] by way of error due to misaligned sternum.
"Liquefying" therefore is the key to lungs' entry.
This question should
be asked now. After all, it would be repeatedly asked someday, in defense
of the indicted polluters by any smart lawyer of any nationality. Had this
query been asked by top-rated lawyers defending pollution suits in highly
advanced countries, developing countries would not have copied the clean
air laws because it would be likely repealed long time ago by the
pioneering states.The legitimate query is:
Are the aerifying lead from
gasoline and the emission of motor vehicles, as well as, the various
hazardous elements [ie., dust, sulphur, mercury, copper, etc.] mentioned by
WH0 and by the clean air laws of highly advanced nations capable of
"liquefying" to gain entry in the lungs?
Precisely, in harmony with
nature, none of those dangerous listed elements in several clean air laws.
can "liquefy." Henceforth, if they could not do so, then the clean air laws
punish an "impossible crime", and therefore, the prevailing laws are not
only highly exploitive and wasteful [all expenses for clean air being gone
with the wind] but also restrictive of property rights. Incidentally, the
air is cleansed freely of the presence of "non-liquefying" hazardous
elements in the air by nature's anti-pollutants specifically, by gravity,
rain and wind. If the hazardous elements gain entry to the digestive system
via mouth or to the circulatory system via open wounds, bodily protection
is provided by the immune system of every man.
As to lung
cancer/respiratory ailments, this traditional healer from the Philippines
[Sec.4(h) RA No. 8423] engaged in Realignment therapy of the Divine
healing [John 15:16;1 Cor. 12:9] discovers that they are caused by
misaligned sternum/ribs/armpits [see Website:
http://www.evramirez.faithweb.com] and that the leaded elements/car
emissions in the air have nothing to do with the said ailments, except
coughing them.
Can Rep. Act No. 8749 of the Philippines and the other
clean air laws of the world make the leaded/hazardous elements "liquefy"
and be able to enter the lungs of any human being?
Four hundred years
ago, King Henry VIII of England asked his Lord Chancellor Thomas
More[1478-1535] after divorcing Queen Catherine of Aragon if his marriage
to Anne Boleyn is valid. Said chancellor responded: "If the British
Parliament pass a law making square, round, will square become round?"
To
every citizen of the world, we pose this present query: Will the dangerous
elements and hazardous wastes in the air, be able to "liquefy" followingthe
passage of the clean air laws of the world, thereby repealing/modifying in
effect, Genesis 2:7?
Nature, as well as exchange of gases of the medical
world has the correct answer... Which lawmaking body be first to repeal a
law of such nature is a million dollar question?
