SCIENTIFIC GUESSWORKS, THEIR DANGERS?
You can fool some people all the time. All for sometime. But never all
for all time.
There are scientists among us with unique , unprecedented
and fascinating theories. So influential that they successfully influence
the WHO, the entire medical, media [print/broadcast] business, political
and academic world. Their theoretical guessworks touch people of all walks
of life because the latter feel that their lives and health depend on the
proper implementation of their theories because they are seemingly hopeful
solutions to the "syndromes diseases" and health scares of our
time.
Whether we like it or not, their theories are now legalized in
highly industrialized countries and in developing countries as well,to
include the Philippines. Eventually, many will be incarcerated, fines and
meted damages for violating their "guessworks".
Among others, they
theorize that smoking is dangerous to health for causing cancer ; that
passive smoking is more dangerous than smoking; and that smoke and
greenhouse gases destroy ozone layer and induce global warming [Secs.5,24,
RA No. 8749].
When common sense is applied to their theories they are
highly revolutionary and preposterous because they, in effect, repudiate
Genesis 2.7[ only oxygen as breathe of life ], rewrite Genesis 1:26
["likeness to God" on cancer cases ] expunge science's exchange of gases
[oxygen in, carbon dioxide out] and rule out the intervening and dispersal
effects of the blowing winds/gravity on hazardous/greenhouse
gases/smoke.
Their theories when properly appreciated could make
"smoke" [carbon dioxide/monoxide] enter the lungs, make holes in the ozone
layer and perhaps, could also make rainfalls out of carbon dioxide.
Unthinkable! Impossible! No man can unmake the law of nature designed by
its Creator.Science without God is nothing. On what side these nameless
scientists are working? The world is eager to know their identities and
whereabouts because they are making many criminals for smoking. Many
liberties and use of properties being restricted and curtailed. Many are
meted damages for allegedly causing cancer. Remember, Satan is the "father
of lies", a "great deceiver" and can mislead many by masquerading as "angel
of light" [2 Cor.:11-14-15].
This simple observation may make mockery of
their guessworks: What will happen when smoke is swallowed by a person with
respiratory ailment? Naturally, he coughs and his persistent coughing,
expectorates phlegms. Any expectorant is a good cure and swallowing smoke
is an inexpensive expectorant. Only people with misaligned
ribs/breastbone [sternum] may suffer respiratory ailments and they cough to
thwart off the cigarette smoke and other aerifying elements invading the
lungs but not being able to enter for lack of "liquefying" characteritic
possessed only by oxygen. Biologically and symbiotically, with no fear of
contradiction, only plants are passive smokers never human beings. Is it
wrong to help the plants and trees of the other kingdom? Carbon
dioxide/monoxide may either be visible or invisible to the naked eyes.
Incidentally, car emissions and smoke just happen to be the visible type of
carbon dioxide from non-living things but incapable to enter the lungs just
like the colorless, tasteless and odorless carbon dioxide of all living
things of the animal kingdom.
They fooled many but not this traditional
healer[Sec. 4(h) RA No. 8423]proponent of Misalignment
Theory [www.evramirez.faithweb.com] and advocator of Realignment therapy
where cancer is discovered by Divine healing in 1987 to be anti-genetic
[Gen. 1:26] and an immunological error in the replacement cells caused by
the obstructing misaligned armpits/groins.The cure is simply a corrective
realignment.
Since Divine/spiritual healing is legalized by Rep. Act No.
8423 in 1997 this alleviating theory is a great hope to all cancerous
persons of any race, anywhere, anytime and in anyplace.
Hopefully, the
proponents of passive smoking and the dangerous smoke of the non-living
things can defend their theory on smoking because this traditional healer
for the past five years has volunteered for investigatory confirmation by
any legislative, judicial and medical body of his Misalignment
theory/Realignment therapy which serves presently, the antithesis to
science theories on smoking, clean air laws , health and food scares.
However, the request being denied by INACTION.
But persons indicted for
violating smoking and clean air law [Secs. 24-33, RA No. 8749] through their
respective defense counsel may someday demand the truth to this query
before the court of justice of any country:
Can the dangerous aerifying
smoke, lead, and car emission mentioned in Rep. Act No. 8749 [Clean Air Act
of 1999] enter the lungs when, biblically [Gen. 2.7] and
biologically ["exchange of gases"] only oxygen can do so?
If top-rated
lawyers of USA and other highly developed countries did not ask this
relevant query before their court/jury, so "lupig sila!" "Pinoy kasi!"
If the present environmentalists and other "savers" of the earth bother to
ponder and apply their COMMON SENSE that the breath of life [Gen. 2:7],
known medically as "gas exchanges" is irreversible phenomenon, perhaps they
would not introduce a theory such as direct/ passive smoking with
unthinkable and impossible situation: scientific and modern man is now
capable of inhaling carbon dioxide and oxygen at the same time.
In
modern and just penology, no man should be imprisoned for an IMPOSSIBLE
CRIME. Constitutionally, guilt must be proven beyond reasonable doubt and
smoke being non-oxygen to enter the lungs cast a giant doubt. Laws cannot
repeal nature. But laws contrary to nature could be repealed.
