Hack KaZaA - Part 4
How it's done
So yeah, Easter Egg Hunts are fun but not that fun. It's definitely not as desirable of getting a nice big list of juicy personal docs to sink your teeth into. This next method takes a little more thought to execute, but it has it's rewards.
Depending on what you are looking for, you can deduce a filename someone may have used. For example, lets say you're a bad boy and you want passwords. I ought to mention, they are hard to find, but I have tracked some lists of them down. Anyway, you want passwords. Think about it... alot of people making a list of their passwords in Word or Notepad might name the file passwords.doc or .txt, right? Well, search "Documents" or "All Files" for the term "passwords" or "password" and you just may strike gold.
Also, for the voyeur, searching "convo" under "All Files" will bring you tons of AIM/MSN conversations. These are in my opinion the easiest thing to find and alot of fun for those boring nights. You'd be surprised some of the crazy shit people talk about.
Worth mentioning about Microsoft Word... when you share a MS Word document in KaZaA, it doesn't use your filename as the title, but rather the first line of text in the document.
Alot of people start letters to friends and family simply with "Dear so-and-so." So, searching "Documents" for the term "Dear" will yield personal letters. Similairly, "To whom it may concern" will get you some business correspondence. Cool huh? Depending on what you find interesting to read, you will eventually find quite a few potential keywords to use that will yield specific types of documents. Be sure and record these, your list will get pretty big. I made the mistake of never making such a list... so here are some keywords I can think of off the top of my head.
It is advisable to usually search for "Documents" or "All Files," or both. Different keywords bring you different types of documents, some keywords (such as "credit card") will bring you alot of bunk files with the occasional personal file, other keywords (such as "convo") bring almost exclusively personal files.

I am sure you can think of many, many more... this is not meant to be exhaustive, just to get you thinking. If you find some good keywords that yield particularly cool files, feel free to email me with the keywords and what they get you and if I'm not feeling too lazy I might post them here.
