The will was signed on 12 Oct 1770 and Proved on 22 Apr 1773. Ann begins by appointing trustees William Miller and Richard Houldy both of Tetbury to administer her estate.
To my sister in law Mary Price now living in Oxford 5 pounds.
Give to Lydia Houldy the siater of Richard Houldy, my white bed quilt
One third of my remaining goods, estate and holdings is to go each to my nephew Edward Smith now in London, Printer, and to my nephew John Smith now in Bath and to Richard Smith of Tetbury.


Abel Price owned the house rented by Humphry Moor. Reference P 328a OV 3/1/2 dated 18-Oct 1714 is Humphry's Settlement Certificate and enclosed with it is - Received 1 pound 10 shillings for the rent of Abel Price's house, dated 9 April 1715

Richard Pritchard, a poor child of Tetbury, was apprenticed to Joseph Gardner and Rebecca his wife, now of Minchinhampton in Gloucestershire, reference P328a OV 4/2 dated 16-Aug 1703

Thomas Pritchard buried on 17080205, buried his wife 17010130, and a daughter 17051226.

William Pritchard 1670 - 17321207 and his widow Mary 1675 - 17370720 baptised William 16990824, Thomas 17010714, Ann 17030424, Mary 17050616 died, Henry 17071031, Ester 17091202, John 17120415, Mary 17130925 lived 7 months, Mary 17150621 lived 7 months, Martha 1717 and Mary 17201013 lived 2 months. 10 children and only the 4 called Mary died.

William Prichard and wife were sent back to Ashley, Wiltshire by the Tetbury Overseers, reference P328a OV 3/2/1 03-May 1762
The only William I can match is the base son of Hester, and grandson of Mary, who appears to have had work at Ashley, and was sent back there to get a Settlement Certificate (which has not survived).
