I give to my cousin John Cook of Tetbury 40 shillings out of the sum he owes to me

All my tiles I give to my apprentice Robert Pinnock and my cousin Esther Stokes daughter of my brother William Stokes baker, the tiles to be sold and the money divided equally between them, provided that Robert Pinnock shall pay to my cousin Elizabeth Garlick 40 shillings within 6 months of my decease

Giles Garlick the Tyler appears to be the son of Giles and Elizabeth Davis, and was buried 17630306. He married 17180108 to Mary Ingram 1695 - 17600216. They baptised John 17180216 -17220310 and William 17200202 - 17720519 a Tyler aged 51.
Giles Garlick 16940520 - 17580709 aged 64, son of Thomas, married 17200208 to Esther Stooks 1695 - 17400531 and baptised Mary 17210415 - 17230425 and Thomas 17230409 lived 3 weeks and Mary died from Small Pox and was buried the day after her infant brother, April 25. Thomas baptised 17240719 lived 2 weeks.
William Garlick, the only surviving child, appears to have not married.
