Hello Elizabeth, here
John Cleaver born 1733 is my ever-so-many-greats grandfather, the line descends from him and his wife Elizabeth Keen down through their son John born 1755.
Going further back, the generations are as follows:
John (nothing known about him)
John 1683-1741 married Ann
George 1708- married Mary Holiday
John 1733- (woolcomber) married Elizabeth Keen
John 1755-
George 1777-1866 married Betty Parker
Isaac 1798-1851 (sawyer) married Sarah Wilton
Job 1826-1879 (ag. lab) married Eliza Cull
Isaac 1859-1938 (plasterer) - moved to Swindon and then to Langley Burrell, Wilts. This was my great grandfather.
I have masses of detail of brothers and sisters for all generations. During the 1800's a lot of them lived on Harper Street in Tetbury, is it still there?
