| Haiducii vs. O-Zone Skandali m� I madh I muzik�s n� vitet e fundit. Grupi muzikor rumun, Haiducii (origjinal�t nga Rumania) po �luftojn� t� gjejn� ata q� kan� p�rdorur emrin e tyre, nd�rsa O-zone, ata q� I kan� vjedhur k�ng�n �Dragostea din Tei�. O-ZONE (Dan B�lan, Arsenie Toderash dhe Radu S�rbu jan� pjes�tar�t e grupit) Skandali �Haiducii vs. O-Zone� morri p�rmasa t� m�dha vet�m disa muaj m� par�, pasi pjesa e tyre Dragostea Din Tei ishte nxjerr� n� shitje n� Itali. I vetmi ndryshim, jo nga ata origjinal�t, por nga grupi i quajtur Haiducii. P�r �udi, grupi tjet�r rumun Haiducii: Kristi Kaloianu, Marian Nikulae dhe Katalin Vieru, nuk kishin asnj� lidhje me k�t� pjes�. Nuk ekzistonte asnj� informacion i qart� se si pjesa kishte mundur t� remiksohej n� Itali , dhe madje me nj� em�r t� nj�jt� grupi, ekzistent n� Rumani n�n emrin �Haidu�i� Fillimisht pjesa Dragostea Din Tei �sht� difuzuar nga Radio Dee Jay Italia, e p�rpunuar nga �de Albertino�, nj� DJ Italian. Shum� shpejt k�nga hyri n� klasamentin javor n� �Dee Jay Parade�, nd�rsa n� fundin e muajit dhjetor t� vitit 2003, n� edicionin e 19 janarit 2004 ndodhej n� vendin e 15, duke regjistruar nj� sukses t� moderuar p�r jav�t e ardhshme. Pjesa Dragostea din Tei rezultonte e vjedhur nga nj� grup rumun i quajtur O-Zone, e dal� n� tregun muzikor rumun vet�m disa muaj m� par� difuzimit t� saj n� Itali, n�n emrin e albumit �Disc-O-Zone�. Nj� tjet�r problem ishte dhe ai i vjedhjes s� emrit t� nj� tjet�r grupi rumun �Haiducii�, t� cil�t rezultonin t� regjistruar n� Rumani n� Regjistrin Komb�tar t� Markave. Reagimet e reprezentant�ve t� k�tyre dy grupeve t� implikuara n� k�t� rast nuk vonuan t� dalin n� sken�. Nga nj�ra an� �Cat Music/Media Services�, t� cil�t jan� manaxher�t muzikal� t� O-Zone (dhe impresari i tyre Korneliu Ladin), filluan pregatitjet p�r p�rballjen p�rpara drejt�sis�. Po ashtu shtepia diskografike RBA, e cila ishte reprezentanca e grupit t� v�rtet� Haidu�i, p�rmes nj� komunikate shtypi deklaroi se grupi muzikor rumun Haidu�i, �sht� i formuar nga tre �una, Kristi Kaloianu, Marian Nikulae dhe Katalin Vieru (Haiducii jan� t� regjistruar n� Regjistrin Komb�tar t� Markave me num�r 054566 dhe vet�m titullari i tyre Dragosh Dokanka t� drejt�n e shitjes s� tyre vet�m n� territorin rumun).� dhe nuk ka fare lidhje me Gabry Ponte (remiks i realizuar nga kompania Bliss Korporation-Italia) ose �do element tjet�r t� lidhur me t�. Reprezentant�t e k�tyre t� fundit deklaruan gjithashtu se versioni i difuzuar n� Itali �sht� remiksuar nga Gabry Ponte dhe Dj Ross , nd�rsa �sht� interpretuarnga nj� z� fem�ror. Vet�m dy jav� m� par� u b� e mundur �gjoba � e v�n� nga O-Zone p�r vjedhjen e k�ng�s nga grupi i formuar n� Itali (me k�ng�tare Paula Mitrake) �Haidu�i�, t� cil�t kan� qen� t� detyruar t� paguanin nj� shum� prej 100.000 eurosh, si dhe heqjen e t� drejt�s s� autorit p�r pjes�n Dragostea din Tei. SUMAR Pas grupit muzikor moldav, �Zdob shi Zdub�, nj� grup tjet�r muzikor i quajtur O-Zone hyri n� tregun muzikor europian. Pas suksesit fillestar n� Spanj�, versioni hyri n� klasamentin Italian, ku nj� rrug� tjet�r dhe nj� grup tjet�r me t� nj�jt�n k�ng� (Dragostea din tei) kishte hyr� n� vendet e para t� klasifikimit n� top hit-et shqiptare,- nd�rsa b�hej fjal� p�r grupin �Haidu�i�. Duke u rikthyer edhe nj�her� tek suksesi I tyre, O-Zone pat�n nj� rating t� madh audience, kur u ftuan n� shoun televiziv Kronikas Marcianas�, nga kanali televiziv Tele Thinkue (Tele 5). Do ujisja me lotet e mi trendafilat, qe te ndjeja dhimbjen nga gjembat e tyre dhe puthjen ngjyre kuqe nga fletet e tyre. Ah Zoti im, sikur te kisha nje cope jete ?nuk do lejoja te kalonte as edhe nje dite pa i thene njerezve qe dashuroja se i dashuroja. Do beja cdo burre dhe grua te besojne se jane njerezit qe dua dhe do dashurohesha me dashurine. Te njerezit do tregoja se sa gabim bejne kur besojne se ndalojne se dashuruari kur plaken, pa kuptuar se plaken kur ndalojne te dashurojne. Femijes se vogel do i jepja pende, por do e lija te mesonte vete sesi te fluturoje. Pleqve do i tregoja se vdekjen nuk e sjell pleqeria por "harresa". Mesova kaq gjera nga ju njerezit? Mesova se te gjithe duan te jetojne ne "majen e malit", pa kuptuar se lumturia qendron ne menyren se si zbret "faqen e pjerret". Mesova se kur femija e porsalindur shtrengohet mbi pellemben e tij te vogel, per here te pare gishti qe zgjatet i babait te tij e roberon pergjithmone . Mesova se njeriu ka te drejte ta shohi tjetrin nga art, vetem kur duhet ta ndihmoje te cohet. Jane kaq shume gjera qe mesova prej jush, por me te vertete nuk do hyjne ne pune, sepse kur te me mbajne te mbyllur brenda ne kete valixhe fatkeqesisht do jem i vdekur. Te thuash gjithmone ate qe ndjen dhe te besh gjithmone ate qe mendon. Nese do e dija qe sot do ishte hera e fundit qe do te te shihja duke fjetur, do te te perqafoja fort fort dhe do i lutesha Zotit qe te behesha roja i shpirtit tend. Nese do e dija se kjo do ishte hera e fundit qe do te te shihja te dilje nga dera , do te te perqafoja dhe do te te jepja nje puthje dhe do te te therrisja perseri qe te te jepja edhe te tjera. Nese do e dija se kjo do ishte hera e fundit qe do degjoja zerin tend, do magnetofonoja cdo fjale tenden qe te mund te te degjoja perseri , perseri. Nese do e dija qe keto do ishin momentet e fundit qe do te te shihja do te te thoja "te dashuroj" dhe do supozoja jo llogjikisht se e dije me pare. Ekziston gjithmone nje e neserme dhe jeta na jep edhe mundesi te tjera qe ti bejme gjerat sic duhet , por n.q.s. bejme gabime na mbetet vetem e sotmja , do doja te te thoja se sa shume te dua dhe se kurre s`do te te harroj. E nesermja nuk eshte e sigurt per askend si i ri si i vjeter. Sonte mund te jete hera e fundit qe i shikon njerezit qe do. Prandaj mos prit me, beje sot sepse e nesermja nuk vjen kurre , sigurisht do pendohesh per diten kur nuk gjete kohe per nje buzeqeshje, nje perqafim, nje puthje dhe sepse ishe shume i zene per te realizuar nje deshire te tyre. Mbaj ata qe dashuron prane vetes, thuaji duke mermeritur se sa shume ke nevoje per ta, dashuroi , sillu mire gjeje kohen per ta, thuaji "me vjen keq", "me fal", "te lutem","faleminderit" dhe te gjitha fjalet e dashurise qe di. Asnjeri nuk do te te mbaj mend per mendimet e tua te fshehta. Kerko nga Zoti uqine dhe zgjuarsine t`i shprehesh.Tregoju te tjereve domethenien e tyre. Fillo te besh realitet endrrat e tua. Tani eshte momenti!!!!! |
