Personality:
Laid back and easy going, but does have a habit of being secretive and quiet, especially around those he doesn't know well. Has a fondness for Horror stories and movies, and often can be found in a quiet corner sketching or writing within a small sketchbook. Has facial piercings: right eyebrow, left nostril of nose, a tongue piercing, and pierced ears: three on left, two on right.

Abilities
Flight - if true-form is visible, (black bat-like wings); fingernails can grow in length up to three inches and become hard as rock and as sharp as a hot blade. Is able to Glamour and hide his true form to look human. Has other abilities that have either not awoken yet, or have not been learned to where they are 'automatic'. Getting better with Fire and Telekenetics.
History:
Seth has a rather elaborate identity for someone not native to this dimension, complete with birth-certificate, and immunization records. One would be hard pressed to prove that he isn't who he says he is without some serious investigation, and/or making him drop the Glamour he encases himself in.
He is a relatively new arrival at the local high-school himself, having only been in the district four-months prior to the current school year. Seth's files indicate that he was raised and home-schooled in a small town in upstate NY, until his mother shipped him off to live with his Uncle who resided within Boston so that she could continue with her own plans of finishing college, getting married, and starting a new life for herself.
Seth had been relocated all of three weeks before he found himself kicked out of his Uncle's apartment. The reason for this can be found in the form of a police record in which his Uncle filled out and signed a complaint that Seth had stolen his car. If asked about this incident, Seth will explain that he hadn't stolen the car, but only borrowed it with his Uncle's permission. It was all a ruse set up by his Uncle to get him out from under his Uncle's hair and shipped off back home - which obviously didn't work.
Seth now, with living expenses apparently being given to him from his mother in NY, has his own one-bedroom apartment in which he is residing while completing his High School work.
Seth's favorite classes are Art and English; and he can often be found during school hours either drawing or writing within a notebook, both outside and within classes.
While Seth's Glamour makes him take on the appearance of a human, his true-form isn't far from that mark either. His body, for the most part, seems human; save for the large black, bat-like wings on his back, the long 'talons' for fingernails, the vampire like teeth, and the entirely black 'soulless' eyes. Despite his not being human, he harbors no ill-will against them as most "other kinds" do, and rather likes the human's world; which to him seems rather peaceful and quiet with the occasional uproar to keep things interesting. Nothing like from where he had come from before. And it's because of this that he chooses to stay and make a 'normal' life for himself within this dimension.
