Modern.If walking the streets looking for what you want in small stores
isn't what you're looking for or if you're just in a hurry - have no fear! Sevilla
is home to numerous large department stores, the largest and most famous being El Corte
Ingles (The English Court). This particular chain of stores can be found throughout Spain
and is essentially a mall in one as you can find just about anything inside. It also has
a large grocery section comparable to any food store in the United States. Throughout the year,
the Corte Ingles puts up advertising billboards and runs commercials in Spain with famous
actors as sponsors. This spring it was Gwenith Paltrow and for the autumn it's none other than
(drumroll) Nicolle Kidman. Imagine that.
