Here's where I talk about the comics I think are pretty cool. Most of them are in the vein of the horror genre, but there's always the odd exception that'll catch my eye. Presented here are the ones I found the most interesting. These are mostly in the ADULT VIEWING scope 'o things, so underage personages shouldn't be a-lookin' at 'em.
This is Glenn Danzig's comic label; tailored to fit all the angry malcontents (hey! like me!) who are sick of the usual cruddy comic selection out there. They deal with a lot of heavy duty Horror and Fetish stuff the big boys like Marvel and DC would NEVER touch. As mentioned, its very Adult-oriented, so no kiddies.

Sadly, the once-mighty Chaos Comics has since gone under after declaring bankruptcy last Summer. On a more positive note, it means that all the Chaos Comics stuff I bought is now worth a pretty penny. YAY! Apparently, there were serious plans to
release an animated Lady Death movie, but whether or not it actually gets put out remains to be seen. Personally, I doubt it, but you never know. A lot of really great artists contributed their stuff to the Lady Death/Evil Ernie titles including Dark One and Kirk Lindo. The above left hand cover was done by Dark One, one of the more popular Lady Death pieces. I've seen this one tattooed on several people. I even have it tattooed on my right forearm, I dug it so much. R.I.P. Chaos Comics, R.I.P. Steve Hughes, hail Brian Pulido. Chaos Comics and ALL the great titles you put out will be missed.

Joseph Michael Linsner's ever popular "Dawn" and Dawn-related series have won accolades from fans worldwide and rightly so! Featured here is but a mere taste of what the amazing, surreal artwork from this great talent. I've already featured Linsner in my
"Favourite Artists" section, but I thought he deserved to be mentioned here too. Having already wowed the world with his "Angry Christ" and "Dawn" titles, it wasn't long before his work caught the attention of one Gary Numan (remember that 80's song, "Cars"? "Here in my car, I feel safest of all..." blah,blah,blah...) and lead to Joseph and Gary collaborating on a concept album together; Joseph's artwork, Gary's music. Keen! Neato! To visit Linsner's
official site, click the right-hand picture and prepare to have your mind blown (just your mind)...
Asylum Press offers a number of great Adult comic titles, mostly drawn by the godly Frank Forte. Although not yet a household name, Frank's work can be seen on the hilarious Spumco animated series, "The Ripping Friends" (put out by the same people who did 'Ren & Stimpy'). Click the below link to see all the excellent titles they have to offer, my fave being "The Vampire Verses". Oooooooo, Scarey, kids! Ow-Ow-A-Woooooooooo!!
