Spanking and Fisting Guide Ms Leslie
SPANKING............
Do you know what areas are safe to spank? If you are into the spanking, whipping, and flogging, then you need to know what areas are ok and what areas is taboo. Why? If you strike in the wrong areas, you can cause extensive damage and the ultimate extreme; death.
In BDSM, remember the creed is safe, sane, and consensual. Here you will find information on the dos and donts of spanking.
Kidneys: The kidneys are located behind the muscles in the back in the area between your ribcage and the top of the bottom. NEVER spank in these areas unless you want to give your mate kidney damage.
Tailbone: The tailbone is located at the base of your spine and runs to the beginning of the crack of your bottom. To strike the tailbone not only hurts it, it can break, or crack, and the results are quite painful.
Face, Neck and Ears: NEVER strike a person on the face, neck, or ears. In the neck, you can damage the arteries, tendons, glands, lymph nodes and larynx. The face can have permanent nerve damage as well as possible permanent damage to eyes. Boxing or hitting someone on the ears can result in ear damage or permanent hearing loss.
Hips: The sides of your bottom along the boney part are the hips. There are several nerves running here and again, permanent nerve damage can be the result.
Spine: The spine has several small bones in it that can be bruised or cracked.
Ladies and Gents, in the BDSM lifestyle, the goal is to have fun and sometimes erotic pleasure with your mates. If you do not follow safe guards or want to heed warnings, then you will ultimately bring danger to your mate and possibly inflict damage that cannot be reversed. Is it worth it to shun off safety?
FISTING............
Exploring the vagina, the anus, the anal canal, and the lower digestive tract with the fingers, hands, and arms for sexual pleasure can lead to intimate lovemaking as well as a heightened sexual awakening. When done with proper hygiene, anal fisting stimulates the recipient in the same way most anal sex does but at a higher level. Women often prefer vaginal fisting for a deeper, fuller penetration. Both anal and vaginal fisting can be the most fulfilling erotic experience one could ever receive.
Before you try any type of fisting, whether it is for the first time or the tenth time, make sure the vaginal and/or anal area you clean well. Preferably, within the hour before you begin.
Use proper hygiene, have a lot of lubricant on hand, and make sure you use it. Start slow and stay relaxed so that you can get the most out of your fisting session.
For Anal Fisting The receiver should use an enema done 30-60 minutes before the session to clean out all fecal matter. Use a water based enema - in fact, water alone should do the trick. Allow at least 15 minutes for all of the water to completely drain.
For Vaginal Fisting Though a thorough cleansing of the vaginal area is a good idea prior to fisting, it's not mandatory. Proper lubrication will be essential, so a little foreplay will not hurt. Vaginal fisting is not advisable during menstruation.
Trauma
The anal canal is a very sensitive area, especially the deeper you go. Sharp objects, friction and certain materials may cause cuts, pain and or allergic reaction to the entire region. Believe us when we tell you that this is not pleasant. Be very careful about staying within your limits. If you're into fisting as part of a little sado-masochistic action, make sure not to inflict actual pain in this area. There is nothing wrong with having a fist up there, but you need to be careful.
Infection
The anal area is rife with bacteria and other microorganisms that can cause terrible damage when introduced to other parts of the body. HIV/AIDS is a major one. That alone should get you serious. Latex exam or surgical gloves are mandatory! Lubricants should never be shared or reused. Never allow open sores or cuts near this area. Any surfaces involved (hands, toys, sheets, etc.) should be thoroughly cleansed before AND after each session.
Cleansing
When cleaning this area, you should always begin with warm water only. Do not add anything until you have become comfortable with the warm water. Adding other substances, including herbs, soaps and oils can cause cramps and nausea. Expect to spend up to 2 hours for the entire process.
You're best off experimenting with techniques to get the water in and out of yourself, but for the most part, the more relaxed you are, the easier it will be. Many people enjoy the sensations of a good anal cleansing.
It's possible that you'll get an attack of gas during your cleansing. This is perfectly normal and should be looked upon as part of the healing process. You will want to refill after passing gas, as the bubbles will displace open areas, which can be washed out with water.
Cleaning Up After Fisting
Depending on the nature of your session, you'll probably want to allow an hour or so for the various fluids and lubricants to drain out of you. You can speed this process with a douche or enema, but take care not to over scrub the area, as this can cause scraping, which leads to infection.
Proper Diet Prior to Fisting
Again, diet plays a more important role in anal fisting than it does in vaginal fisting. With a proper diet, you can clear out the anal canal prior to fisting. Starting 2 or 3 days prior to your fisting session, begin eating more high fiber foods than normal. Stay away from dairy products and fatty meats. Also, avoid foods high in simple carbohydrates (sugars, potatoes, french fries, chocolate). Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water (up to 2 liters/day).
TECHNIQUES:
Knuckles only: Part the opening with one or two knuckles, then work the rest of your knuckles in and SLOWLY begin moving them around. The ballistic, rolling motion of the knuckles has the effect of balls inside the opening of the anus and can be extremely erotic.
Open Palm: Work your entire hand into the opening with the palm open. Keep your fingers rigid and together as you insert and retract your entire hand in and out of the opening. As you progress, you can add some motion from the fingers after each insertion.
Open Fingers: Similar to the Open Palm technique, where you insert your hand into the opening, but with your fingers spread apart. You may find that you have to stretch around a bit inside the canal to get some space. The individual fingertips provide for different depths, pressures and styles of stimulation simultaneously. Wiggle them a little for added delight.
Finger Wave While Fisting: With your hand completely inserted into the opening and your fingers extended open, begin to do the "Wave" with your fingers. Go back and forth or stay in one direction - both techniques are fabulous.
Twisting: With a closed fist inserted well into the opening, slowly twist your entire arm back and forth. The receiver will absorb stimulation from the entire region in contact. This technique can quickly overpower the receiver, so watch them closely.
