Micro-tearings are the actual cause of the Tennis Elbow pain, and relaxation, local cortisone injections (and probably other medications as well?) the treatment. Cast /gyps are not recommended because it causes the elbow articulation to lose functionality. More details to be added.

PNE = Pudendal Nerve Entrapment (is internal, at he level of the Ischial Spine, and/or Alcock Canal)  

PNMLT = Pudendal Nerve Motor Latency Test

Waver Bottom = could be for the bottom /Ischial Tuberosity area the equivalent of what it is for the elbow the Tennis Elbow affection. It may me combined with Ischial Bursitis. This is my "quick" personal definition, formal definition may be more accurate or restrictive.
