Electrical work

Helping out on a project is fun. I always enjoy little projects. During the spring of 2004 I started completing my mom's basement. This particular project involved many smaller projects including excavation, electrical, pluming, doors, flooring, windows, etc.

The challenge on this project was to "create" a basement underneath the existing veranda with the least possible damage. This was very difficult since the old foundations could not be removed; instead the existing ceiling had to be supported with bins and work around them.

After months of hard work, the puzzle came together and the project was completed. The result exceeded our expectations and we were all glad we didn't rush any process. Along with the basement, we were able to improve the garden lighting, and upgrade the existing electrical system with many safety features.

The feeling of accomplishment that you get when the whole thing is done is priceless.

Weekend warriors keep it up!
