Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) for Community & Environment through a Stakeholders Workshop with UNESCO in Jan 2002 for Capacity building of Heritage & Tourism for Sustainable Development & Management.

Accommodation  

A range of accommodation has been booked for the participants. Please refer to the list of options below. All prices quoted are per room per night ( single occupancy) on EP.

Check In and Check Out Times.

All hotels have a noon check in/check out time. If you are arriving before noon, please note that your room may not be available when you arrive. If you are arriving on an early overseas flight, you may like to book your room from the previous day so that you can have immediate access to it. Please include your travel details and arrival time on the registration form, so that this information may be passed to the hotel.

Changes to Bookings.

Notification of changes to accommodation bookings must be made in writing to the travel Managementrs.

Requesting Accommodation Bookings

To secure your accommodation booking, state your hotel choice in the accommodation section of the registration form and include one night’s accommodation deposit with your payment. The deposit may be forfeited if the room is cancelled after 14 December, or if the room is not occupied on the advised dates.

Category B –  Gymkhana Resort, Sunflower, ITC Fortune, Mohit, DGHC Tourist Lodge, RedRose, Seven 17,  Mahakal, Fairmount,  Garuda, Yuma  Rate: US$ 20/-

SILIGURI

Category A – The Cindrella Hotel. RateUS$50
