Biography

     Derek Beaton graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology and concentration in Software Development. With a 3.809 GPA; Derek’s academic achievements have earned him the privilege of being named to SNHU’s Presidents List. Derek is currently a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Business Analyst for Albany Engineered Composites- an industry leader in the design, development, and manufacture of advanced composite parts for military and commercial aircraft.

     Derek aspires to pursue a career in Software Development where he can continue to grow himself personally and professionally. Though his training at SNHU has best prepared him for developing applications that run on Desktop and Web environments, Derek has taken a personal interest in the development of Mobile applications as well.  In his free time, Derek enjoys watching movies and spending time with his loving wife and two adorable daughters.
