Radditz
Radditz was the first in Dragonball Z to try and conquer the world. Radditz is the brother of Goku, and first comes to Earth to tell Goku he needs to destroy the world. Then he captures Gohan and runs away. Everybody thought he was winning the battle, but then the enormous power of Gohan awakened. Goku stops him with suicide, he held him very strong around his belly and piccolo shot both dead.
