Freeza
Freeza is an evil king who tries/tried to conquer the universe. Ofcourse Goku stops him. They first meet when they both were looking for the dragonballs on the planet Namek. Vegeta was also looking for the dragonballs at that time. Goku and Vegeta (and the others) deside that they'll all team up against Freeza. At the final battle Freeza explodes Krillin. Goku turns into a Super Saiya-Jin out of anger and toys with him untill the last second. Then Freeza kills himself by it's own attack that cuts him trough half. At least, everybody thinks he's dead cause he could have never survived the explosion. But king Cold (Freeza's Father) finds him floating in space. He rebuilds Freeza and Freeza becomes Cyborg Freeza. He then get's killed by Trunks who came back from the future.
