Bulma
Bulma is the female brain behind the Dragonball crew. She invents all weird stuff with her father, like capsules. She also repairs android 16 after he was blown to pieces. She first meets Goku when the bumb into eachother in a forest when they're looking for the dragonballs. They get friends and stuff. Bulma doesn't fight, so she does not get higher then her normal stage.
