The 2nd Annual Winter Art & Chocolate Festival is February 10th and 11th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Brookings-Harbor High School. PSA #2 The 2nd Annual Winter Art & Chocolate Festival takes place every February, the weekend before Valentine�s Day. Local and regional artists and chocolate makers assemble at the Brookings-Harbor High School February 10th and 11th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the cafeteria building. This family-friendly festival is free to the public. PSA #3 Did you know there are twenty-one chocolate companies in Oregon? Learn all about the various flavors of chocolate made right here in Oregon by attending the 2nd Annual Winter Art & Chocolate Festival, February 10th and 11th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. This family-friendly festival is held at Brookings-Harbor High School and is free to the public.
