| The most direct route to the Winter Art & Chocolate Festival at Brookings Harbor High: From the North: Drive through downtown Brookings, at the last stop light enter the turning lane to turn left on Oak St. (if you reach Dairy Queen, you've gone too far).. Follow the "Festival this way" signs to the Highschool and continue around to the back parking lot, which is next to the cafeteria. The festival is in the cafeteria.
