| 4th Annual Winter Art & Chocolate Festival The 4th Annual Winter Art & Chocolate Festival is fast approaching!! The event takes place February 14th & 15th from 10:00 to 5:00 each day in the Brookings-Harbor High School cafeteria building. The festival brings together a select group of artists, craftsmen and chocolate makers the weekend before Valentine�s Day. This year there will be many new things to see, hear, taste and do� See the Sights Thrill your senses with artwork from local and regional artists and national artists. New artists this year include Ray Wolf woodwork, Reflections in Glass, Lauren Scott Floral Designs, Honeybear Leather, Denise Bruchman photography, Minnewashta Pottery, Collupy Glass, and Ravenscroft Essentials! Taste the Flavors Fill your palate with an abundant array of chocolate varieties. Branson's Chocolates will be bringing a fresh batch of gourmet truffles made from the finest ingredients, using genuine gourmet chocolate for the silkiest, most mouth-watering experience. Chocolates of Oregon will be selling Cary's of Oregon, chocolate coated toffie and Brigittine Monk's Fudge. Buzz Bean Espresso will be serving espresso based drinks. Participate! New this year is a contest called �My Favorite Chocolate Recipe�. Contestants will compete for cash and prizes to be awarded during the festival and a chance to be included in the first edition of �My Favorite Chocolate Recipes Cookbook�. Entries should be cooked or baked fresh for the contest to be held at 2:00 PM on February 14th. Between 2 and 3 PM, judges will pick a grand prizewinner, as well as 2nd place and 3rd place winners.
