Rainbow Ride is the hole in the wall to the right of the clock in the attic. You need 50 stars to get in the attic. I think a good shortcut in this level is at the start, change the camera angle and do a long jump to the pole. Make sure you hit the pole. This way you don't have to put up with the flying carpet.
1. Cruiser Crossing the Rainbow
Ride the flying carpet to the platforms. Go right to the next flying carpet. Ride this, then take the carpet on the left. Stay on the carpet while it goes around in circles. Jump on the dropping platforms and in the boat for the star.
Difficulty: 8/10
2. The Big House in the Sky
Use the same way in star 1, but take the right carpet instead of the left one. Jump over the light blue blocks. Watch out for fire in the house. On the house is your star.

3. Coins Amassed in a Maze
Go to the maze when you get to the spinning platforms. These red coins are all here and easy to find. The star is at the bottom.
Difficulty: 6/10
4. Swingin' In the Breeze
Go the same way except go to the left platform and down the pole. Go up the falling platforms and go up the wood part next. Watch out for fire and get your star.
Difficulty: 6/10
5. Tricky Triangles!
Go the way in star 4 but don't take the wood part, go the other way with more donut lifts. Hit the purple ! switch to turn the triangles upside down so you can walk on them and get the star.
Difficulty: 6/10
6. Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Get the pink bob-omb by wall kicking where the blue coin switch is in the maze. Go to the cruiser and fire the cannon in the back through the ring. Jump over the enemy and get the star in the ! block.
Difficulty: 8/10
7. 100 Coins
Make sure to get the blue coin switch and at least 1 blue coin where the pink bob-omb is. Get most of the coins and you will win.
