Go upstairs and into the picture of the spider to get to this world. The higher you jump into the picture, the higher the water will be. Backflip near the picture to get the highest water depth. Use different rainbow diamonds to change the depth.
1. Shocking Arrow Lifts!
Jump high into the picture for lots of water. Go to the left and go forward into the corner to get to the arrow lifts. Use them to get to the star. Try not to get shocked.

2. Top O' The Town
Jump very high in the picture. Swim to the very right and then go forward. Follow the path and go up to the spinning islands in the sky. The star is in the yellow ! block in a platform in the sky.
Difficulty: 5/10
3. Secrets in the Shallows & Sky
Jump very low in the picture or use the rainbow diamond to the right of the start to make it as low as possible. Get these 5 secrets:
1. (low water) Push the block at the top left corner left.
2. (low water) Use the block in #1 to get a ! block to the left.
3. (low water) Go to the right of #1 and #2 and push the block into the wall on the next highest level.
4. (any level) Go up 2 ledges and jump up to the ledge that the shock ball circles (in the ! block).
5. (any level) Use the purple ! switch nearby to get to a ! block.
The star is just to the left of the start.
Difficulty: 2/10
4. Express Elevator--Hurry Up!
Jump in very low into the picture. Go right to the black screen (not the one in the corner but the other one near) and punch the block in the bottom left of the screen to make a hole. This is useful later. Now go by special place #5 (see star 3) and make the platform go down the screen. Quickly, jump off, go where you punched the block and go in the screen and onto the same platform. It will take you back up to a star.
Difficulty: 10/10
5. Go to Town for Red Coins
Jump very high into the picture. Right by star 1 there is a pink bob-omb. Look for it by pressing C-Up. When you see it go to the nearby ledge and do a side flip to it when the water is at its highest depth. Talk to him. Now go right behind star 1 and swim to the cannon above. Shoot over to the black cage on the opposite corner. Swim down the path and find the rainbow diamond to lower the water. Break all wooden blocks and go to the top of all of the buildings for red coins. The star is in the castle.

6. Quick Race Through Downtown!
Go to town again (see star 5). Lower the water and get the vanish cap. Now, go to the other side of the castle and through a black screen. Wait until vanish cap runs out. Now, wall kick up the corner and you get a star.
Difficulty: 9/10
7. 100 Coins
Get 76 coins before going downtown to get the rest.
