| Who doesn't like a good drink? If you are one of
those few people that can't appreciate an ice cold pilsner or a 20 year old
tawny port, this page isn't for you. Go to the link to the
right. For the rest of us, here is a brief inventory of my
current liquor cabinet and maybe a few of my humble opinions (This
page is going to be really hard to finish; every time I start
writing I get very thirsty). Need info on a drink? Check out http://www.tastings.com.

My Favorite Recipes:
Margarita:
2 shots Sauza Commemorativo or Grandain Blanco
1 shot
Cointreau
1/2 shot Orange Juice
3 shots Sauza Margarita Mix
juice of 1/2 green lime (FRESH!!!)
Put it all in a blender, ice as required, pour in a frozen margarita
glass.
Apple-Tini
2 shots Grey Goose or other premium vodka
2 shots
Dekuyper Sour Apple Pucker
1 big slice of a green Granny Smith apple
Shake Apple Pucker and vodka with fresh ice, pour into chilled martini glass,
drop in the apple slice.
Comopolitan
3 shots Grey Goose Vodka
1 shot Cointreau
squeeze of lime
Ocean Spray Cran-Raspberry to taste and color
very thin slice of lime for garnish
shake liberally with fresh ice, rub lime skin on chilled martini
glass, then pour mixture into glass
Blue Martini
3 shots Skyy Vodka
1 shot
Hiram Walker Blue Curacao
squeeze of lime
Make like martini above. For an interesting effect, add a few
drops of cranberry juice for a purple color.
NOTE: All these drinks will make slightly more then will fit into
a normal martini or margarita glass. I feel the 'extra' left
over is for the bartender (usually me) to taste and verify the
correct mixture of ingredients was used. I think the biggest embarrassment
is if someone returns a drink, so make sure you mixed it
right!
