The meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM at St. Paul’s.  In attendance were:  Dave B, Lorraine C, Rich L, Ken M, Sam N, Kevin P, Glen R, Kathy R and Sherry S.

Secretary's report:  No report.

Treasurer's report:  The August income was $5.00.  Expenses were $61.66.  The ending balance was $1,349.05.  The Treasurer’s report was approved.

Old Business

Fall Roundup:  The committee discussed the arrangements for the Fall Roundup at the September Pack Meeting.

Hot Dog Sales:  The committee discussed the 2 planned hot dog sales to be held on September 11^th and 19^th.

New Business

Pack Meeting Agenda:  Reviewed the agenda for the September Pack Meeting.

Pinewood Derby:  The group discussed whether the PWD cars could be handed out at the October Pack Meeting.  Dave was to follow up with Dan L.

Next Committee Meeting: The next committee meeting will be held at St. Paul’s on Thursday, October 7th at 7:00 PM.
