The meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM at St. Paul’s.  In attendance were:  Dave B, Lorraine C, Diane L, Ken M, Sam N, Kevin P, Kathy R and Sherry S.

Secretary's report:  Minutes of the September meeting were approved as corrected.

Treasurer's report:  The September income was $2,040.00.  Expenses were $992.04.  The ending balance was $2,397.01.  The Treasurer’s report was approved.

Old Business

Fall Roundup:  The group suggested placing signs to advertise in advance.  They also noted the need for additional copies of the registration forms.

Pack Meeting:  The entertainment at the Sept. pack meeting was especially interesting.  The number of announcements made the first meeting for the year rather long.  The group suggested a one-page handout of reminders for the families instead of the announcements.

Hot Dog Sales:  The hot dog sales netted $606.36.  A lot of work went into the planning and preparation.  The boys seemed to enjoy the experience.

Fall Camp:  Dave provided the details for Fall Camp.  The group approved the handout with only minor corrections.

New Business

Pinewood Derby:  Diane discussed the possibility of replacing the track.  The PWD committee was asked to look at the options and to give the committee a recommendation.

T-Shirt Contest:  The committee selected the t-shirt designs for the upcoming year.

Holiday Service Project:  The committee reviewed the flyer for the Methodist home wish list.  They agreed to send the flyer to the families via e-mail and to have copies for the Pack Meeting.

Hershey Bears Hockey Game:  The committee discussed the hockey game, planned for Jan 26, 2005.  The cost of $14.50 per person also includes a Hersheypark pass.  Jean R. has reserved 120 tickets for the game.

Pack Meeting Agenda:  Reviewed the agenda for the October Pack Meeting.

Next Committee Meeting: The next committee meeting will be held at St. Paul’s on Thursday, November 4th at 7:00 PM.
