The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM at St. Paul’s.

Secretary's report:    September minutes were reviewed and approved with 3 corrections.

Treasurer's report:    $2,185 in the Pack account..

Old Business

September Pack Activities:

1.      Fall Roundup - Sending the forms on e-mail in advance was a good idea.  Need to announce the registration is in a separate room.  We got 10 or 11 Tiger Cubs that night.  There was no time for the Cubmaster to speak to the new parents.  Many people can't be heard in the Pack Meeting - need to tell them to speak up or to use microphones.  Any forms to be handed out should go to the den leaders.

2.      Fall Picnic – Great time.

New Business

October Pack Meeting:  Will be another Fall Roundup night.  Kevin to reserve a second room for registration.  Reminder e-mail to Pack to include popcorn sale info, fall camp info, service project info, second Fall Roundup info.

Fall Camp:  The committee agreed to purchase a sweat shirt for Jack R., and a t-shirt for the Fall Camp project helper.  Discussed the emergency kit project.
