The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM at St. Paul’s.  In attendance were:  Dave B, Rich L., Ken M, Sam N, Kevin P, Glen R., Kathy R and Sherry S.

Secretary's report:  Minutes of the October meeting were approved as corrected.

Treasurer's report:  The October income was $767.00.  Expenses were $483.53.  The ending balance was $2,680.48.  The Treasurer’s report was approved.

Old Business

Fall Roundup:  No one saw that the notice for the second night had been distributed at the schools.  We had 15 new scouts, bringing out total to 52.  There was some discussion on problems reading some of the e-mail attachments.  Kevin agreed to try a different format.

Pack Meeting:  The reminders handout worked well.

Fall Camp:  Mike O. asked for a check for the food expenses.  The group discussed the Thursday food prep night.  76 people had registered for camp as of the meeting.

T-Shirts:  The t-shirts were being distributed to the den leaders.

New Business

Pack Flag:  Kevin showed the new pack flag to the committee.  The group suggested a frame to display the old flag.  Kevin agreed to look into it.

Pack Meeting Agenda:  Reviewed the agenda for the November Pack Meeting.

Next Committee Meeting: The next committee meeting will be held at St. Paul’s on Thursday, December 2nd at 7:00 PM.
