The meeting was called to order at 7:11 PM at St. Paul’s.  In attendance were:  Dave B., Jennifer C., Kevin P., Kathy R., Sherry S., and Mick S..

Secretary's report:    October minutes were reviewed.  They were approved with 2 corrections.

Treasurer's report:    No Treasurer's report given..

Old Business

October Pack Activities:

1.      T-Shirts: For future years, we need 2 designs; one for kid’s sweatshirts and one for t-shirts. This is because there is less space available on the sweatshirt.  Six sweatshirts are still being completed..

2.      Popcorn Sale:  Needs list of scouts who sold over $300. Leslie made a motion to present the top sellers with a prize. It was recommended that the pack give a $25 gift certificate to the scout with the highest level of sales. Other top sellers will receive $10 gift certificates. Patches and pins will be provided by Trail’s End.

Fall Camp Items: Need to move Den 4 to Amp. Need person at old Giant to hand out directions on Saturday. Need a Webelos II scout to direct cars to back into parking spots at camp. Dave talked about the astronomy belt loop. Scouts need to identify two constellations. One person from each Den needs to volunteer at 6:30 to help in food preparation. Dave suggested bringing copies of the Fall Camp schedule. Dave will email the schedule to Bill W. for 70 copies. Discussed items to take to camp. Next year we need to remind the scouts to bring ashes to camp.

New Business

Pack Agenda:  Reviewed November Pack Meeting agenda. Minor corrections were recommended.

Fundraisers: Popcorn and chocolate sales will help pay for expenses of Fall Camp, and trophies for the Pine Wood Derby.

Budget: Reviewed budget for Pinewood Derby and Blue and Gold Banquet.

Uniform Inspection: Determined the checklist that should be used for the upcoming uniform inspection. Kevin recommended the scout take the checklist with him. Dave will bring 60 copies to the next Pack Meeting to hand out.

Packmaster:  Discussed whether or not we should upgrade to Packmaster 2000. Review features. Need to obtain a demo copy of the software and review before making a final decision.

Awards: Kathy will send list of volunteers to Rich to help with awards.

Carl the Cub Scout:  Leslie talked about starting a tradition with Carl’s house. As the Webelos II den bridges to Boy Scouts they will add their emblem to the house.

Summer Camp: Leslie to email Summer Camp dates to Kevin to add to calendar.
