The meeting was called to order at 7:08 PM at St. Paul ’s.  In attendance were: Dave B, Sandy L., Ken M, and Kevin P.

Secretary's report:  Minutes of the February meeting were approved as corrected.

Treasurer's report:  The February income was $290.08.  Expenses were $773.45.  The ending balance was $2,951.41.  The Treasurer’s report was approved.

Old Business

Blue and Gold Banquet: The banquet was considered to be a huge success.  The event did take a lot of work to set up.  It was suggested that we attempt to shorten the program for future banquets, and present the Arrow of Light certificates during the ceremony rather than with other awards.

Spring Roundup:  Ken agreed to coordinate the food for this event.  Dave will contact Wildware to see if a person will do a camping demonstration.

New Business

Hot Dog Sale :  The committee decided to conduct a hot dog sale on April 16^th at Ritter’s Hardware.

District Pinewood Derby : Kevin agreed to confirm the attendees and submit the registration form.

Fall Camp: The committee discussed the plans to camp at Tuckahoe this year.  A planning meeting will be called in the near future to begin preparations. 

Next Committee Meeting:  The next Committee Meeting will be held at St. Paul’s on Thursday, April 7^th at 7:30 PM.
