The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM at St. Paul ’s.  In attendance were: Dave B, Mike H., Rich L., Ken M, Sam N, Kevin P, Glen R. and Mick S.

Secretary's report:  No report.

Treasurer's report:  The January income was $2,232.37.  Expenses were $2,440.44.  The ending balance was $3,434.78.  The Treasurer’s report was approved.

Old Business

January Pack Meeting: Ideas to improve the meeting included:  conduct Friends of Scouting in a separate room (from the boys) and focus on the new parents in the Pack.

Pinewood Derby :  Dave gathered notes from the participants in the derby.  We plan to have a meeting to discuss what we learned and to start planning for next year.

Succession Planning:  The committee discussed replacements for a number of leaders who will be leaving the Pack in the spring of 2006.

Blue and Gold Banquet: The committee reviewed the programs and placemats for the banquet.  They also discussed the Arrow of Light ceremony, a list of announcements, and other details.

New Business

Spring Roundup:  The committee decided to conduct a roundup at the April pack meeting.  The idea is to attract new scouts who can participate in the summer activities.

2005-2006 Calendar: The committee reviewed a first draft of the next year calendar.

Summer Activities: The committee discussed a number of ideas for summer activities.  They included fishing at Grantham Pond, Pine Grove Furnace, riding on the Pride of the Susquehanna, visiting Strasburg RR, the Senators game and campout, and a Gettysburg Hike. 

Next Committee Meeting:  The next Committee Meeting will be held at St. Paul ’s on Thursday, March 3^rd at 7:00 PM.
