The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM at St. Paul’s.  In attendance were:  Dave B, Sandy L., Ken M, Janice M, Sam N, Kevin P, Glen R., Patrice R and Sherry S.

Secretary's report:  Minutes of the November meeting were approved.

Treasurer's report:  The November income was $8,681.14.  Expenses were $2,782.07.  The ending balance was $8,579.55.  The Treasurer’s report was approved.

Old Business

Fall Camp:  Everyone liked the Civil War reenactors.  The committee decided to donate $100 to the reenactors to show our appreciation.  Bob G. volunteered to organize food for the next Fall Camp. The large cabin did not have enough food for breakfast, since many of the granola bars were eaten as snacks the previous day.  The group thought we should put more emphasis on campfire safety.

T-Shirts:  The t-shirts were well liked.

Pack Meeting:  The uniform inspection was very well done.

New Business

New Years Eve Eagle Scout Project:  The committee decided to donate $25 to this project.

Pack Meeting Agenda:  Reviewed the agenda for the December Pack Meeting.

Next Committee Meeting: The next committee meeting will be held at St. Paul’s on Thursday, January 6th at 7:00 PM.
