The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM at St. Paul’s.  In attendance were:  Leslie C., Jennifer C., Rick H., Dan L., Kevin P., Kathy R., Glenn R. and Sherry S..

Secretary's report:    November minutes were reviewed and approved with corrections.

Treasurer's report:    No report available.

Old Business

November Activities:

1.      Fall Camp: Great weekend. We had nice weather. Webelos need to bring breakfast for Saturday morning. Leslie recommended adding earplugs and ashes from previous year to fall camp check list.

2.      Uniform Inspection:  It went well having a person in uniform.

3.   Rechartering: Thank you to Kathy R for her hard work. Kathy will email everyone who needs verification of training. The Keystone website will have dates and times for training.

Action Items: None discussed. Packmaster tabled until next meeting.

New Business

Pack Meeting Agenda:  reviewed.

Assistant Cub Master: Sam N. will be the new Assistant Cub Master, replacing Mike O..

Blue and Gold Banquet: The theme for the Blue and Gold Banquet is “Fiesta”. Den Leaders should briefly describe the importance of the Blue and Gold Banquet to new members.

Pinewood Derby Correction: The pre-race weigh-in will be held on Friday January 9^th from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Keith H needs a count by Den to distribute Pinewood Derby shirts. All Pinewood Derby festivities will be held at First United Methodist Church. Information on the Pinewood Derby can be found on the Pack website. Past winning cars can be found on the site as well. To get ideas for cars, search the internet for “pinewood derby”. Wendy M is in charge of the concession stand. Donations are plentiful.

Chocolate and Popcorn Sales:  

We plan to recognize those scouts who sold over $200. Their extra effort is appreciated. Prizes are as follows:

·  1^st Prize – Sales over $500 – a $25 gift card - 1 scout qualified

·  2^nd Prize – Sales over $300 – a $10 gift card - 2 scouts qualified

·  3^rd Prize – Sales over $200 – a $10 gift card - 2 scouts qualified

Prizes will be distributed by Den.

January Pack Meeting: The theme will be “friends of Scouting”.

Beads:  Sherry discussed whether we should be giving out beads during Den meetings or saving them for Pack meetings. Sherry will email Den leaders and ask whether they would prefer handing them out.

Next Committee Meeting: The next committee meeting will be held at St. Paul’s on Thursday, January 8^th at 7:30 PM.
