The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM at St. Paul’s.  In attendance were:  Dave B., Jennifer C., Kevin P., Kathy R., Glen R., Chris Y., Sam N., and Sherry S..

Secretary's report: March minutes were reviewed and approved with four corrections.

Treasurer's report: Reviewed budget to-date. Balance as of end of March is $2,882.38.  We will be looking for a treasurer as of the present time.  Treasurer's report approved.

Old Business

Scouting for Food:  Leslie suggested recognizing the boys who participated.  Sherry suggested talking-it-up more next year.  Participation helps scout complete Citizenship belt loop.

Pack Meeting/Bridging:  Leslie thanked everyone for the recognition at the Pack Meeting.

Annual Pack Calendar Updates:

• Senators’ game and campout will be Wednesday June 30, 2004.

• Hidden Valley Campout will be held November 12-14, 2004.

• Use July 4, 2004 as a reminder of the last day to use Hershey Park Passes, received at the Hershey Bears game.

•  February 6, 2005 is Scout Sunday. Scouts will attend their own church that day. Kevin will call St. Paul’s church to find out the date for their Scout/Youth Sunday.

Spring Fundraiser:  Jen needs to get the date the pizzas will be received.

New Business

Pack Meeting Agenda:  Dave’s father-in-law will be speaking about genealogy. We are looking for suggestions for a campfire location. Leslie suggested asking Keith H about a friend who has a farm. This will be the last Pack Meeting to register for Summer Camp.

Summer Camp:  Leslie suggested that Sam should keep track of who registered for camp. Carpooling is made easier with a list of scouts available.  Glen suggested having a leader available who is more familiar with activities and the facility. We need to email families a list reminding them what to take to camp.

Pack Positions Open:  Den Leader for Bears; Blue and Gold Banquet Coordinator; Treasurer; T-shirt Contest Coordinator; Secretary; and Trainer.

Next Committee Meeting: The next committee meeting will be held at St. Paul’s on Thursday, May 6th at 7:30 PM.
