| SR Broadcasting (KRKO Radio) Requests The Hearing Examiner To Be Recused |
| S-R Broadcasting Co. Inc. has requested that the Hearing Examiner, Peter Donahue recuse himself due to bias. A new County appointed Hearing Examiner is assigned to review the permit request. After much investigation, the second Hearing Examiner agrees with Mr. Donahue; the SR-Broadcasting Project is incompatible with the area. The project is denied to SR-Broadcasting. |
