Snohomish County Planning Department Issues Determination Of Non-Significance
October 2001 - S-R Broadcasting, Inc (KRKO Radio Station 1380) is seeking approval for the installation and operation of eight (8) Radio Antenna Towers ranging in height from 199' AGL to 425' AGL .

On October 18, 2001 Mr.Eric Olson, of Snohomish County Planning and Development Services issued a "Determination of Nonsignificance" regarding the Antenna Farm Installation and Development under file number 00-107495-000-00-LU.  CPUSRV filed an appeal against the Determination of Nonsignificance issued by Mr. Olsen with Snohomish County Hearing Examiner Peter T.Donaghue. The notice of the acceptance of the appeal was received from the Deputy Hearing Examiner and a Status Conference was scheduled.
