Emile Letulle was born in France in 1833 probably in the Normandy Region. He departed Harve, France aboard the Ship Rubicon, arriving in New Orleans, LA in October 1837. He arrived with his parents and sisters: father, Pierre Desire Letulle; mother, Amelie Badeau; sister, Celeste and Celine.
