Birmingham also joins the race for Hill and the board are delighted with my performance but considering I am in 22nd place maybe all they want is no relegation.

Wimbledon also offers for Hill.

Hodges clears things up with Laws and decides to stay with manager Laws.

With the offer for Hodges rejected I decide to bid for Murphy from Oxford for 80,000.
Southend 4 v 1 Carlisle (league)
Terrible performance by everyone nothing much else to say. MOM No one. Still in 22nd place.

After the disappointing result I come to find Murphy wanting far too much so the deal was off. I decided to offer for 80,000 for Andrew Hughes from Notts County.

Hill rejects all the offers and stays at his beloved Carlisle.

The offers for Hill keep rolling in again I think they are wasting their time because it looks like he doesn�t want to go any where.
Carlisle 1 v 2 Rochdale (league)
Another game another defeat. I decided to change to a 4-4-2 formation, which didn�t make much difference to a pretty boring game. Connor scored both their goals and Dobie got ours. MOM Morley.

Andrew Hughes signs for 130,000 from Notts County. He is only 22 and will make a great creative midfielder. We get drawn an away tie against Halesowen in the F.A Cup 1st leg. Galloway goes back to Chesterfield after playing a few games in midfield.

York 1 v 1 Carlisle (league)
Another goal from Stevens ensured us a point at Bootham Crescent. The Match officials did not help either two penalties were not giving to me and York got one given for a push on Morley. MOM Darren Carr.

Surprisingly Hill decides to join Bolton as a coach. I get 60,000 in the deal.

Carlisle 2 v 2 Mansfield (league)
This game sees us pick up another point but puts us at the bottom of the league with 10 points. Both midfielders Hughes and Darby picked up the goals in a 4-1-3-2 formation. The games also saw us pick injuries to Healy and Worthington. MOM Hughes.

Cheltenham 1 v 2 Carlisle (league)
Due to a few injuries saw Heggs come into the first team, which was a good decision because he scored the winning goal. Hughes got the first and we held out using a 5-3-2 at the closing stages. New captain Lee Harrison picks up a serious groin tear and is out for 3 months. We are still 24th though but level on points with Exeter. MOM Hughes.

I have made a 30,000 offer for young striker Francis Green, Luton are also in the bidding.

Carlisle 1 v 1 Blackpool (league)
A goal from super sub Halliday gave us a well-earned point and moved us off bottom spot to 23rd. It was a team performance and they battled to the end. MOM Whole team.
