Authors note:Sorry but I have decided to take out the Dwayne and Portman love lives. 4 love lives are too much for me to handle.(This is my first Fic.) I want to really get into Sadie’s story and for the Ducks to meet her, for reasons later in the story. By the way, Sadie reflects me a lot, do not try to guess in which ways because you will probably guess wrong. That’s pretty much it. Sorry I haven’t been Updating a lot, I sort of had a writers block. Please review.

Connie ran up behind Adam in the Breakfast line.(This sounds strange, but it’s like the lunch line except they serve breakfast.)
“Hi Adam!”She said excited.
“Uh, hey Connie.” He sounded sort of down.
“I have good news!”
“Really?!?” Adam’s face lit up.
“Yea. Julie likes you!” She whispered. “She wants to break up with Scooter ang go out with you, but she think you are too into hockey.”
“Oh, really. Well I just won’t talk about hockey around her.”

Adam sat next to Julie.
“Hey Jules! How ya feelin’?
“Better, a lot better, thanks.”
“That’s good.”
It was silent for a few minutes. “Uh…yea…Um, Adam, why did you say we have a game in 4 days?”Julie questioned.
“Oh, um… Julie we should really talk. Come to hockey practice early, okay?” Banks said hesitantly.
“Okay, sure.” Julie said as Adam walked off.

Guy saw Sadie walk into the cafeteria. Then he saw Varsity hockey players, so he ran up to Sadie before they could see her or do anything.
“Hey, how are you feeling?” Guy asked.
“Better, it felt good to get more than 2 hours of sleep.” Sadie laughed. “Guy, I’m sorry I told you those things last night. You’re only in high school, you shouldn’t have to deal with this ---.” Guy cut her off.
“No, it’s okay. Look we can talk about this later. I want you to meet the Ducks. Buy the way, where did the bruise on your cheekbone go?”
“Make-up works wonders.”Both Sadie and Guy laughed as they approached the Ducks table.
Guy and Sadie sat next to each other at the end of the table.
“Hey guys! I want to introduce you to somebody.”
The table got quiet.
Guy continued. “Ducks, this is Sadie Parker. Sadie Parker, this is the Ducks. Connie Moreau, Julie ‘the cat’ Gaffney, Russ Tyler, Greg Goldberg, Les Averman, Luis Mendoza, Dwayne Roberson, Charlie Conway, and Adam Banks.” Guy went down the table.
“Hi” Sadie said.
“Hi.” The Ducks said in unison.
“So, Guy, is this your new girlfriend?” Connie remarked.
“No!” Guy and Sadie said in unison.
“Oh.”
“Guy and I are just friends.” Sadie confirmed things.
Guy nodded in agreement. It was silent for awhile. Sadie broke the silence.
“Uh, I gotta go!” she said as she ran out of the cafeteria.
“Man, what’s up with her?” Connie said.
“Connie, don’t be rude!” Julie said.
“Oh, sorry.” She said as she looked to Guy who was looking at the door.
“It’s okay.” He mumbled.

“Hi Sadie.” Julie said. They had the same math class but Julie had never noticed her before.
“Oh, hi Julie.” Sadie said with a smile.
Just then Scooter(remember he’s a Varsity player.) walked behind Julie. “Hey Jules.”
Sadie sat down and immediately turned her head the toher way.
“Hey hun!” Julie replied. “By the way, this is Sadie Parker.”
Not wanting to be rude Sadie turned her head. Her hand grabbed her stomach while her other hand shook his. Then her face went pale.
“I’ll be right back.” She said as she ran to the door.
“Do you know her?”Julie asked Scooter.
“No, I don’t believe I do.”
“She seems nice, but she’s always running off.”
Scooter shrugged his shoulders. “Well babe, I gotta go.” Scooter kissed Julie.
“Bye”
Sadie came back a few minutes later, the color was back in her face.
“Are you okay?” Julie asked.
“Yea, sorry about that. So, was that your boyfriend?”
“Yup!” Julie said proudly but was secretly thinking about Adam ever since Scooter called her ‘babe’ it made her think of the Good Will Games incident.
“Oh, that’s cool.”
“So, Sadie, me, Scooter, Connie, and another Varsity player might go get something to eat after practice, would like to come? I can find you a date?”
The words Varsity player make Sadie shudder. “Sorry, can’t tonight. But maybe so other time!”Sadie said trying to sound disappointed.
“Okay. Or maybe sometime me, you, and Connie could hang out!” Julie sounded excited.
“Yea, that’d be great!”
“Maybe Friday you could sleep at Connie and my dorm.”
“Sure, I can’t wait!” Sadie said as the teacher walked in. ‘Wow, my first sleepover! God I sound like a 9 year old girl.’ Sadie laughed to herself.

Guy met up with Sadie during a passing period, she had a big smile on her face.
“Why are you so happy? Not that I’m objecting.” Guy asked.
“Julie invited me to hang- out with just her and Connie Friday. I’ve never actually been invited to hang out, really. So. I don’t know, I’m excited . But then again I don’t really think Connie likes me….”
“Oh, don’t worry. Julie will make her be nice and then she’ll fall in love with you and be your best friend.” Guy reassured Sadie and laughed. “We’re still on for tonight, right. You said you need to talk to me.”
“Yea.”
“Okay, I’ll stop by after practice and we can go get something to eat.”
“Sounds great!”
“Oh, and try not to walk around alone. I don’t want you getting hurt.” Guy whispered in her ear.
“Okay.” Sadie laughed. “Thanks, Guy. See ya later.” She smiled.
“Yea. See ya later!”
