In this page, you will get to explore the mind, events and feelings of a Chun Jui... ok, fine, judging from the past 22 years, my life is far from what you call "eventful" (in fact, "dull" might the be more appropriate adjective) but I'll try to keep my entries interesting!

Last night was Cindy and Golnaz's combined birthday party, and I had fun! =) I was supposed to combine my birthday with theirs too but most of my friends were out of town for the long weekend... hey, guys, it's MY birthday, why do you guys get to go away?? =P Just kidding, I will try to gather everyone up for a post-bday celebration for myself, Caroline, Benny, and Moaz, as well as graduation celebrations next weekend. Anyway, we went to Montana (as opposed to Montana's) at John and Richmond for a late dinner (I had an enormous flatbread pizza thing---I really, really tried hard to finish it but I could only manage half of it!), and then it was off to Tonic for some clubbing. Now, as some of you may know, I really am not much of a clubbing type, so I was kinda dreading it but I thought I would go anyway because Cindy and Golnaz are such good friends of mine. It was the first time I went to a club in two years, where the last time I went to a club was in HK. Anyway, I had a good time, although I was getting very tired, and somewhat annoyed of being pushed and shoved by people who seemed more intent on walking around the crowded dance floor than actually dancing. And then, there were the perverts, especially that one nasty guy who kept on pursuing Wendy to dance with him-- that almost turned ugly but the bouncer dude came in time to throw that guy out.
Anyway, I have a shout out for Viv : boys are stupid, we both know that but cheer up, there will be better ones for you. Who would of thought that you would actually miss the stupid boys back here in Canada?? =P
P.S. Thanks to those who sent me early birthday greetings! *sigh* Two more days before the big TWO-THREE! =P

It's finally summer! I can now somewhat relax and not have to worry that it will snow anyday anymore! =) Did I mention how much I HATE it when it snows?? It was so hot in the house today that we had to turn on the A/C, making the arrival of summer official! =P
Ok, enough talk about the weather... HK group, can you guys believe it's been TWO years since that amazing trip to HK?? It's been two years since I've met you guys but it feels like I've know all of you for much, much longer because we've become such good friends. =) Of course, if by August I still don't see Moaz, it would have been a year since I last saw him! hehehe...
This summer is going to be soooo boring! Unlike some of my friends (*ahem* TAMMY), I won't be able to go anywhere, even to the cottage or camping for the weekend.. =( It's just working, working, and working... bleah. Oh, speaking of Tammy, CONGRATULATIONS TAMMY, FOR GETTING ACCEPTED INTO YORK'S LAW SCHOOL!!!! You now don't have to go to UBC!!! Yippee!! So proud of you! My roomie is going to be a lawyer, everybody!!!
I'm so excited-- I got the latest Harry Potter book delivered yesterday!! =P The book is THICK! I can't believe little kids are so excited to read such a thick book but then again, who can resist Harry? =P I wonder who dies in this book... Ron? Hermione? Dumbledore? Sirius Black?? hmm....What do you guys think?
Gol, I hope you're feeling better about you-know-what/who. I can tell that it's not going to be easy to forget (trust me!) but with time, you'll realize that some things just happen that way, and it just wasn't meant to be. If it is meant to be, you'll know with time. But for now, concentrate on yourself and don't worry about anything else. I'm here for you! =)
P.S. Thanks, Vivian S. for your ICQ message. =P Yeah, I got to see Christopher Plummer but I totally forgot to take a closer look when I was up on the stage!! argghhh... =P
P.P.S. Happy Birthday, Benny! (yes, I remembered-- who could forget your surprise party from last year?? =P), and Happy Birthday, Caroline!!!

I've officially graduated from my Honours B.A. program!! Yesterday was my convocation, and it wasn't as boring and painful as I'd imagined it to be. I didn't know anyone (the only person I knew from my college didn't attend!!) but that's ok. And, I had a pleasant surprise: I actually graduated with distinction! My parents were naturally pleasantly surprised too! =)
Anyway, I have a few shoutouts: First of all, Happy Birthday, Cindy!!! It's also Cindy's convocation today, a double celebration! Secondly, CONGRATULATIONS to all those who convocated already or will convocate later this week!! Can you believe four years of...well, I would say "hard work" but you and I know that that doesn't apply to ALL of the four years, right? =P heehee...Anyway, we did it, even though at times we felt like this day would never come but guess what, we're done!!

Can you believe it's June already?? We've come to the month of a million birthdays again (including your's truly's!) Yes, I know the picture at the top of the page needs to be updated to this month's picture of cutie McDull... I will do that as soon as our scanner is set up again. =)
Nothing much to say except to reiterate again how much I DESPISE the principal at Marilake!!!! I can't wait until the 21st, the last day of school!! yippee!! I will be from her wrath by then! =D
One early birthday shout out to Moaz, whose bday is tomorrow! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
Christopher Plummer was awarded an honourary graduate law degree during my convocation as well. The man is soooo funny! He gave a brilliant, hilarious, and inspiring acceptance speech, earning him a well-deserved standing ovation at the end of it. At that moment, I made a note to myself that I would look at him when I got up to the stage to get my diploma but of course, when I was actually up there, I was so excited/anxious/flustered that I totally forgot to do just that!
My gown really stunk with strong B.O., and they gave me a pretty large one too. The bottom of the gown went all the way down to ankle-shin area, whereas most other people's gowns only went down to the knee-shin area... I guess I looked taller than I really am--- that's not too bad, I guess. =P I get teased enough about my height, or the lack thereof, at my preschool job!

You are a smoke grey cat. You're very peaceful and
comfortable to be around, and you like to spend
time in quiet places. Lay off on the lithium,
pal!
What color of cat are you?
