    20 minutes a day, 2-3 days a week
    • jogging
    • stair climbing
    • swimming
    • speed walking
  2. Strength exercises
    20 minutes a day, 2-3 days a week
    • squats
    • bench press
    • bicep curls
    • back extensions

These are merely suggestions of exercises you can do to prevent or help treat Diabetes Type II. Variations of the above, keeping the same theme, will be beneficial. Before beginning any exercise routine, please consult a physician.
