Courses adapted for seniors are offered in a number of seniors’ homes. The goals for these courses: Ø To generate
a feeling of serenity that allows for the appreciation of one’s age Ø To release
tensions and stress Ø To awaken
and stimulate energy to reduce feelings of tiredness due to inactivity Ø To
rediscover joyfullness and a sense of play through visualisations and amusing, simple movements Ø To foster
