Chindai for specific people
Chin Daï is a discipline of regeneration specifically adapted for the Western world. Its main strength resides in its simplicity and ability to be easily practiced by all on a daily basis, regardless of age or physical ability.

Designed to reinforce the body’s natural defenses, Chin Daï’s techniques allow the body and spirit to work in harmony at all times. Visualization of the elements and their corresponding colours while performaing simple and fluid movements improves the circulation of our vital life energy enhances the balance of our mental, emotional and physical selves and opens us to a better relationship with ourselves and with others.
