Hello all and welcome to the fifth edition of
Chris and Eve Cherleaders. It's been a wonderful month here and I'd
like to take a moment to celebrate you the fans who keep PC going with
your belief and support. Thanks to fans like yourselves Port Charles
goes on and each day we're given a glimspe of the magic it has to offer
as it gives us a daily escape...at least for a little while. We're
given a chance to see characters grow and develop on the canvas as the
romance and intrigue unfolds. On another note with this being officially
a month in publication and over 50 members here at Chris and Eve Cheerleaders,
I would just like to thank you all for your continued support and I also
wanted to let each and every one of you know that your thoughts and views
truly do make a difference. In being a part of this newsletter, you
have voiced your thoughts about the ever talented Nolan North and Julie
Pinson and their characters on Port Charles. Your devotion and interest
is what keeps the magic going day in and day out. Over the years
Port Charles has grown from a little show, to something more where our
old favorites were mixed with some new favorites. Sure we watched
a lot of characters come and go along the way, but at each stage of development
there was something that touched each and every one of us. We have
the memories of the days when the interns were struggling to make it, the
days of being harassed by Dr. Boardman and the steamy scandal of Matt and
Ellen, along with Lucy and Kevin's painful revelations as they lost their
child. Who could forget Scotty's struggle to regain custody of his
daughter Serena from the evil Rex Stanton and how that story line thrust
forward the emergence of so many other story lines. We've had DL-56,
Time Travel, Psychic Espionage, Lucy's dear death experiences, Kevin's
novels, Chris and Eve's fake alibis and constantly covering one another's
backs, the blue dot mystery, Alison and Jamal's fleeting romance, Frank's
painful addiction and withdrawls, Courtney's scheming, Karen's relapse,
Eve and Kevin's wedding, Julie revealed as the GHK only to have it renamed
as Greg Cooper, to Julie fleeing town with Christina leaving Lucy heartbroken.
A great many things have happened over the years, far too many for me to
list here as I reminisce with you all, but what has followed beyond those
stories, beyond the laughter and the tears is the continued fan support.
What remains is you the viewers and your loyalty to the little soap of
Port Charles. Sure it may have it's high points and it's lows, but
the love of the drama remains just as the timeless friendship of Dr. Chris
Ramsey and Dr. Eve Lambert. Sure things might not always be smooth
sailing in Port Charles, but it's one incredible ride. Wouldn't you
agree?
On that note, I wish all of you the best on
this one month anniversary of Chris and Eve Cheerleaders and here's hoping
that there are a great many other issues ahead of us. You are all
a great asset to this group and it is truly a pleasure to share something
we all enjoy with one another. Thank you for your continued faith
and interest and as a special addition to the newsletter, I've also up
up another photo gallery of Port Charles through the years up at Gallery
Two for all of you to enjoy. It is my treat to you and in turn I
also offer you a chance to show to your thoughts/appreciation to TPTB,
Nolan and Julie. Have something you want to get out, well, now here's
your chance as you can send your personal views to Nolan and Julie through
the voice of Chris and Eve Cheerleaders. This upcoming Monday I will
be sending out copies of all five issues to TPTB, Nolan and Julie, so if
you have something to say, please send your thoughts to [email protected]
or [email protected]
and I promise you that your voice will be heard!!!!!! Have a great
weekend everyone!!!!!!!! Here's hoping you all have a wonderful week
from the Chris and Eve Cheerleaders Staff!!!
