Please check whether you have done all of the following before submitting the application form(s) to the college.

CHECK LIST:

• Answered all the questions completely.
• Signed the application.
• Enclosed application fee.
• Requested test scores to be sent to the college from ETS.
• Requested official transcripts.*
• Requested recommendation letters to be sent by the Professor.*
• Enclosed the statement of financial support. Some colleges need this).
• Taken photo copies of all the documents that you are sending to a college.

* You can also send them yourself along with your application.
