LAND AREA AND POPULATION
Based on the cadastral survey, the total land area of Bunawan is 51,218 hectares. Of this total, Barangay Imelda accounts for 18.25%, followed by San Andres (6.47%); Consuelo, 13.82%; and Bunawan Brook, 13.04%. Barangay San Teodoro, the town’s only urban barangay, is the smallest (3.67%), followed by Libertad (4.25%) and Poblacion (5.16%). Table 1 shows the land area per barangay.
