Bunawan-Services on Education

Continuously providing Scholarship Program to those deserving students, 29 was graduated in College last March 2009 and Six (6) are graduating students this school year from 2007 up to present we have 80 scholars in College and 40 in High School. We are paying an amount of Php 100,000.00 per Semester, with a total amount of Php 600,000.00 for Three (3) Years. But sad to inform that up to this point of time we have still payable to ASSCAT an amount of Php 150,000.00 Pesos up to the end of the School year. In Scholarship Program we spent Php 450,000.00 Pesos.

We continuously were allocating in our Budget for the support to Bunawan National High School and Libertad National High School, an amount of Php 1,600,000.00 Pesos per year. In three (3) Years we are spending Php 4,800,000.00, for upgrading teaching skills of Teachers, and providing additional financial assistance for supplies & other minor repairs of facilities. Providing Additional Teacher and other Personnel in Elementary Education in the amount Php 6,501,600.00 for three years (CY 2007 to 2009).Construction of School Buildings for High School in the amount of Php 18,000,000.00. Provided School Building of Elementary in Nueva Era in the total amount of Php 1,800,000.00. A Total amount for Education is Php 35,111,600.00
